Backup and Restore don't work :(

I use 3rd party software to back up the info from my notebook and around 2 days ago I tried Backup and Restore from Win 7, but it didn't work. The massage that popups was "Check your backup"...anyone have the same problem?

Level 3 Its Windows man, its meant to fail easily. Its the virus all people want in their PCs.
BTW if you are using 3rd party soft, why not use it to restore your PC. Just ignore MicroSh1ts stuff.

Level 3 Till now I don't have any problems and I don't think Win is the problem....
