RIM's former executive vice president of global sales, Patrick Spence, resigned from the company earlier this week and is reportedly heading to Sonos. Reuters claims that Spence has been hired as Sonos' chief commercial officer, citing a source with knowledge of his plans. RIM originally revealed that Spence was planning to take "a leadership position in a different industry," although the firm refused to comment further. »read more
