where do i go to find the information on my westell and how do i find the password for my wireless hookup?

Level 5 Unless you find your login details (from your carrier/ISP), your only choice to access your router is factory reset and then using the default username and password to set it up again. They should be located in the user manual that comes with it.

Also, here's what google says about your router's default settings:
IP: 192.168.1.1
Username: admin
Password: password

Level 9 Install Show My Password addon on mozilla (https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/downloads/latest/8016/addon-8016-latest.xpi?src=addondetail)
Login to the backend of your router (192.168.1.1 u/n:admin, password:password) from mozilla firefox.
Go to Wireless Settings -> Basic Security Settings right click your password and press Show Password
