Concern about quality of aftermarket batteries

I have to change the battery of my smartphone and I have no idea about the quality aftermarket batteries...can someone help me?

I've been using a non OEM battery on an old dumm phone and had no issues. They are getting better each day so it shouldn't be an issue.
