Upgrading the Wi-Fi, why and which are the best Wi-Fi cards?

Posted by Nitro on Feb 15, 2012

Recently, I've had a lot of issues with my Wi-Fi card and considered changing it with something better (currently mine is a Broadcom N unit). However, a question came in my head with what exactly? Any suggestions and why a certain unit is better?

The best you can get is Intel N 1103, but I don't know whether it's compatible with your notebook.

Anything with Atheros chipset supporting your speed needs will do....Atheros chipsets support injection mode and have more stable signal as far as my experience goes...
