What 3G enabled tablet would you buy?

Posted by Zangetsu on Jul 14, 2011

Lately I've been thinking more and more about ditching my notebook in favor of a tablet, but I need it to be 3G enabled. Can you tell me if you were in my shoes what would be your choice. Mostly will be used for Internet, so this feature is the most important one to me.

My choice will be Motorola XOOM it has a 3G version and is currently running on Android 3.2 which ultimately guarantees great Internet features (integrated Flash, etc.) :)

iPad 2 or iPad

For full browsing experience (+flash) I'd go for Samsung Galaxy Tab or some other Android running tablet like Motorola XOOM. Otherwise iPad.

+1 for Motorola XOOM - good OS and excellent hardware, although 10' for me, is too big for tablet.

I'm having hard time deciding what'd be my numero uno tablet, especially If browsing the interweb is top priority. Although I find Apple products to be the best in most of the aspects, I'd go for Android device here. XOOM really seem to be the choice for me - you'll get top specs, one fast growing open-source OS, plenty of apps and games, and unspoiled web experience.
