Level 7 I think this problem is only for devices running iOS 5 and (I'm not sure) only for iPhone 4S...

Level 5 I doubt that very much. Considering it has been packed before the bug was found, I wouldn't count on that. I guess you can always ask some of the geniuses to update it for you when getting it, IF the official update is out. Or just simply update it on your own when available.

P.S. As far as I'm aware the update addressing the battery issues (iOS 5.0.1) is still pushed only to devs, so there will be some time for testing before public release.

Level 9 I also think the battery drain issue affects only iPhone 4S

Level 4 iOS 5.0.1 is available and reported successfully fixing the battery issue.

Go to Settings > General > Software Update
