Element ELCHS321 not saving channels after power off

The problem I am having is the fact that after turning on the TV and doing a channel scan it picks up all the channels, but when I turn it off and back on the channels are lost and I have to do a scan again

Does anyone else find this device just to be redundant? I love my RAZR. It is a great device. The battery life isn't on par with the Atrix, but I have to say it isn't the worst, and it charges nice and fast. I think them expanding the battery to 3300mA negates the "wow factor" of how thin the device...

I have one of there notebooks with an extrange problem, either in windows or dos or whatever i do, some of the keys in the keyboard does not respond the way they're supposed to... eg. In Windows if i press E key (only E) i get "my pc windows" opened... or pressing R (just R) get "Execute windows"......

On paper the photon wins hands down. When I went to buy it the salesperson suggested I he would get the htc design instead. Another friend suggested her brother returned the photon for the htc design for similar reasons the sales person was suggesting. I am looking for a international sprint phone...
