My on-board LAN chip blew out and my Windows can't start and restarts. I wanted to disable on-board LAN, but didn't find it in BIOS. How I can take away or disable the LAN so my Win stop restarting?

Looking for a headset in the $200 price range and got my eyes on a pair of Dre's solo headphones. I guess in that price range I'd get pretty good sound from any headset, but I like Solo's design as well. Anyway, should I consider something else? What are the competitors here?

Currently own a Canon Pixma MP640R and running Ubuntu 11.04, but apparently Linux nor Canon have drivers so that the two will work together, as of now. It will not work with wireless nor with the USB. Ubuntu recognizes it as there and by model, but won't connect. Any Suggestions?

My phone has stopped receiving Wi-fi.It finds my Wi-fi network but when I try to browse, it just hangs there. Sometimes, the phone didn't see all the networks that my computer could, although the network strenght of all relevant ones was very good. So what can be the problem - software or hardware?
