Well I finally got fed up enough that I called my connection at Verizon Wireless to see if they knew anything. They then patched me to someone they know from Motorola and they told me that it is going to be released sometime AFTER the next 2-3 weeks..

Honestly i don't know why they made this phone. I'm a Verizon wireless sales agent and i refuse to sell this to my customers. If anyone has had any luck with these please let me know. But i have had customers who have gone through like 4 of them in two months and then verizon warranty just gave them...

I "upgraded" from the V9m to an LG EnV Touch, and ended up going back to the V9m. It's the best looking, most solid, most reliable flip phone ever made. I wish Verizon would introduce a RAZR 3 of similar build quality.

The phone, I know, is powerful, but it really seems bulky - kind of along the lines of the cell phone's of the 1990's.



I'm thinking it would be worth waiting for the Nexus One to come to Verizon rather than get this device. Any suggestions?

Motoblur is pretty cool! I love having all my social network updates right on my home page thing. I love all the wigets that come with MotoBlur! It just sucks that is hampers the battery so much. What do you think of Motoblur?

I actually just picked up a Droid for $49 for my wife from Dell - crazy deal! I can finally get her off of the Moto Q9n Napolean / A4500 (yep, never released by VZW!) that I have had her using. This way I still have my Storm2 and now I can muck around with the Droid for her!
