Well I finally got fed up enough that I called my connection at Verizon Wireless to see if they knew anything. They then patched me to someone they know from Motorola and they told me that it is going to be released sometime AFTER the next 2-3 weeks..

Honestly i don't know why they made this phone. I'm a Verizon wireless sales agent and i refuse to sell this to my customers. If anyone has had any luck with these please let me know. My mom has been using this phone for the last 5 months, and it has been less than impressive. Soon after she got it, it became very sluggish and the battery already crapped out. I'm not sure if it's the hardware on the phone or the version of windows mobile, but the combination does not seem to work....
