Yesterday I saw this monster on DELL's website and the specs of the Alienware are truly impressive, it has Crossfire and SLI options for graphics and I7 cpus. With the top option of 2 HD 6970 in crossfire it puts out the same performance as a desktop GTX 580 (or pretty close anyway).

Alienware m14X is officially released on the market :)

Hi, guys. I'm looking to buy new gaming machine, 'cause my Alienware M15x is old and I want some more power. I was looking for M17x R3, but I think it will be too pricey for me. Can you give me some advice?

i just bought my Son two 17" notebooks for his business. One was an ASUS and the other a Dell. Both were nice but the Alienware would be the one I want.

So why did they go from dual GTX 280Ms to dual HD 4870 Mobilities? As far as I can tell from online reviews, the 280Ms are better AND cheaper... Is there something I'm missing?
