Need a good waterproof pocket camcorder

Hello guys and gals, I want to buy a camcorder which can fit in the pocket and shoots some HD vids on land and in water. I looked at the flip minos but didn't find what i need. Please help a fellow in need ;)

Level 3 Kodak Playsport seem like a good option. Its waterproof to 10 feet and shoots 1080p.

If you do not really need great video (if Flip is good for you) then you can also buy some camera

I have a cheap Fuji XP10 and it works fine, better than the Flip!

Level 3 As far as I know Canon PowerShot D10 is among the deepest divers in this category....down to 33 feet.
