Boasting about in-game achievements is all but common at this point — but what about boasting about the use of your gaming peripheral itself? That's what Roccat Studios has in mind with Savu, a new optical mid-size gaming mouse with an achievements system that turns button clicks and mouse drags into trackable accomplishments. The mouse features a sensor capable of 400, 800, 1600, or 4000dpi operation, Omron switches, and a rear lighting bar that allows users to chose between 16.8 million different colors to set the mood. ROCCAT announced it will present a new mid-sized hybrid gaming mouse called Savu at next month's CeBIT 2012: ROCCAT is set to roll out some impressive new technology at CeBIT 2012 in Hanover, Germany on March 6. High on the list is the Savu Mid-Size Hybrid Gaming Mouse, a device whose technological supremacy, ROCCAT says, will make in unbeatable in its class. European peripheral maker ROCCAT was serious when they promised to put some German engineered fragging tools in the hands of US gamers, unveiling today a trio of accessories to tempt American gamers. These aren't your standard mouse and keyboard setup, however -- these siblings socialize.
