Level 3 Since MT4 is a platform developed to work on Windows Mobile (Windows Mobile 2003, 5.0, 6 or 6.1) below is filtered selection of all phones/smartphones that are running the desired Windows Mobile. Level 3 I think HTC HD2 is a good decision, but every Windows mobile phone will do the work. Why you don't use MT5?...it supports Android, Blackberry OS, iOS...you will have much more choices for cell phone :)

Level 9 I also think that HD2 is a good choise for WM device, because at one point you might decide that android suits your needs better(and of course the guys from XDA developers got you covered). If you`re going to use it mainly with the Metatrader it is going to be way too powerful, but it is worth buying...
