I have had the env2 for almost 2 years now, and I still love it. The QWERTY keyboard is great, and it is an overall great phone for texting and talking. I like the size as it fits in a pocket very nicely. The keys are really large and spaced and very comfortable to type with. I don't even need to look at the phone to type. The front screen is a little small, but I know the new env3 modified that a bit. The phone works with stereo bluetooth headsets which I use a lot. The media player is not so interesting, but it gets the job done I guess. I have friends who have a problem with frequent pocket dialing, but rarely have i had a problem. I highly recommend this phone for anyone who just wants to talk and text.
I have owned this phone for a little over a year. It works pretty well. I like the keyboard and how easy it is to txt. The battery life could be better along with the earpiece volume. Also, the phone tends to be a little too small.
when i first got this phone i loved it. it was simple to understand and easy to type with however, after about a year it started having alot of problems. first the front buttons would stop working then if about 4 of them got pressed at the same time(being in a pocket) it would shut off and then some keys on the inside started to go as well. all that without any water damage or dropping it. a few of my friends also had battery problems with theirs but i never had that issue.
Great phone
