Samsung is one of the biggest names in TVs, and its high-end models show why. The MU9000 series features excellent picture quality, and Samsung makes some very bold claims about its flagship QLED line. When it comes to budget TVs, however, the company is less successful. The MU6300 line is around half the price of the MU9000 line—the 50-inch UN50MU6300FXZA we tested retails for $699.99—while keeping many design elements and connected features. However, its picture quality lags behind some of the better budget-priced TVs we've seen from companies like TCL and Vizio, which focus primarily on that market segment.
