SlashGear‘s review Edit

The Lenovo C40 costs $599.99 USD, and so falls into the mid-tier -- it is within the budget of many PC shoppers, and so meets the sweet spot between budget-friendliness and performance. Those who need a home PC, a work PC, a school PC, will all find the C40 will serve their needs just fine. The only complaint is that you get a wired keyboard and mouse instead of Bluetooth offerings (which, no doubt, helps keep the price down), and so if you use those you're going to have a bunch of wires on your desk. Swap them out for wireless versions and the C40 will be perfect for most users.

computershopper‘s review Edit

Do we recommend the Lenovo C40 as your primary, day-to-day computer? No. But as a family's second or third system that lets folks get online and perform basic office tasks and homework chores, the C40 does the trick while keeping you from overbuying. It eschews extra features such as a battery for portability or a stand that lets the display lie flat for tabletop gaming and keeps the price firmly in impulse-buy territory. If you don't need such features, then you don't need to spend $1,000 on an all-in-one. Plus, at its entry-level price, having a touch screen feels like a bonus.
