xbox 360 has the best online gaming community. Game developers are building games for the sole purpose of online multiplay. For example the call of duty MW and MW2. I love that they partnered with Netflix a while back so I can watch movies/tv shows instantly on my TV. The online part keeps me in contact with friends/family all over the world.

Overall great system. Xbox live is amazing and the games are awesome especially MW2. Only down side is you can't play all old xbox games and the ones you can play usually suck. Definitely a must have system.

Best console around. Natal will only make it better. I cant wait for it. The motion sensor will kick the wii's ass. Curently, without Natal the console is the best one around. It has no blue ray player but that does not matter because there are too few tittles and cost too much. The game controlers are solid. A little bulky but fine. Design is fine but a little to big. White or black finnish is nice. Game library amazing. The software is good, but you can get the rings of death.

if you like watching old sitcoms there is a down load you can get on your computor to watch from your xbox. its called playon tv. watch shows from hulu .from black and white to westerns , action , comedy and cartoons.

its a good console, fairly easy to navigate through everything. xbox live puts this console above the rest.

The only problem is if you get the red rings of death you are screwed. i got them 3 times in a row. didnt have my xbox for nearly 4 months. luckily warranty was still active

Its a great console to have. easy to use, not to be board. with friends makes a great time.but it can be badly effected due to heat.The online experience is great and I just love it.though the design is not too good but who cares!

cant bet the price for the hours of fun you will have. great xbox live so much new stuff and getting better everyday . kove the new way of getting around in the pages, great new exclusive games like halo.

Its all about opinion. Thats it. If you are a family man who likes watching Blu-Ray than the Ps3 is the way to go. But if you are like me, and want the best possible experience with friends and online gaming, then you need and xbox. Look at pros and cons for more details.

THIS IS A GOOD CONSOLE TO PLAY BUT ITS SUCKS BECAUSE OF THE MEMBERSHIP FOR THE LIVE UNLIKE THE PS3. I LIKE THE 360 BECAUSE ITS THE BEST WAY TO KILL TIME AND NOT BE BORED. I USUALLY JUST PLAY WITH MY FRIENDS SO ITS REALLY FUN. BUT ITS ONE OF THE BEST CONSOLES IF HAD.

Good for games, really bad design. The fan blows hot air over the AV chip in the Xbox, and it'll eventually get some stupid error, so, by all means get it, but don't expect it to last very long. Better go with another gaming system.

I've had my 360 for over three years now and I love it. This has been the best video game system I have ever owned. The online experience is second to none. The small price to upgrade to gold is worth it and with netflix and last fm being added to the multiple menus has made it even more enjoyable.

I think XBox 360 is an awesome console, If buying I would definitely recommend getting one of the bundles with extra memory, especially if you play a game where you will be downloading extra content. The only thing that would have made XBox better is if all models included the ability to play regular XBox games on it, which I believe the elite allows.

This is a great console and i recommend it to anyone. It has great games and it is very easy to use. Customer service is great. Mine broke under warranty and they sent us a new one in a few weeks. This system also has every type of game and almost any game you hear of on the market is available on the xbox 360.

Without doubt Xbox 360 is best online gaming console up to date. I only found one flaw which is suddenly making xbox 260 owners to own harddrive in order to play online. Other than that, online experience is flawless and games lineups are awesome !!! (I had red ring of death but it was covered under warranty and they gave me one month free xbox live).

This is by far my favorite gaming system i have ever owned. The only one that comes close is the N64, and that's just because of its fun factor. The huge community of people on Xbox Live and huge array and vast majority of games and game types make it far superior than any other gaming system I've ever owned.

I bought the Xbox 360 in 2007 and my Xbox has not had the RROD, which I am grateful for. It does run loud when playing newer games. The included mic/headphone is good but would highly suggest to get a Turtle Beach setup. The new UI is great and the free game, 1vs. 100, is fun.

Have had a 360 for more than a year and love it. Also have a WII and like the 360 better. the 360 will connect to my network in my house better.

well i should have sprung for the upgraded version...... I have a memory card and no hard drive so i can not play original xbox games....dvd quality is great, i was really worried about the red ring of death but thus far have avoided it

I got this for christmas and it has great graphics and good live. I just wish i played more than i did considering my parents paid a lot of money for it. I wish that more games like cod would be easier to play because for me the gun moves to fast.

ok i'm a true xbox fan and die hard gamer, but come on micro i already pay to play online why the f(#$ can't i surf the web as well?? i tried to connect to my network the other ay and all i can do is use netflicks and some other lame options. anyone know how to surf the web through the xbox???

I have to say... buying the xbox 360 arcade was fun.. i now have about 11 fun games like Modern warfare 2 and halo odst but it is costly... I found out after i connected the internet cable to play xbox live... u need a hard drive.. memory card wont work... and microsoft eneded their 20 gigabite sale about 2 months ago when i was in camp for 20 dollars... for arcade users... overall its good but paying for xbox live sucks when u dont have to pay to play online on a ps3... overall games and graphics are good... though my brother had the ring of death problem i haven't so far... Its hard for me though to get it to play music as it says its running media center as on my computer but it even shows 2000 songs on my computer and only the 3 defaults on the xbox... i also have to say it uses a lot of enegy like my moms electric bill went up like 30 bucks...overall its a good device to play on.. i have 40 unknown- i dont know poeple... found em over xbox live friends.. though some can be jerks.... starts at 199... the arcade and u need at leaste 60 dollars for the 60 gig hard drive to play xbox live...

This is my preferred counsel out of all the current ones. The online gaming/market is great only draw back is paying for it. The cost of the counsel is right on. My complaint is that I was one of the original purchasers in the early shipments of 360's, it died in 4 years with a famous case of red ring of death. I had purchased an extended warranty but after talking with the terrible tech support I found out that it had been used up in 2 years and the extend warranty Microsoft issued for 3 years didn't count either because mine was mad in 2006 and it was 2010. I was completely screwed. I wound up just buying a 360 arcade from bestbuy.
