Different RAM speed

I'm wondering, If i get another chip of 2GB but slightly slower 1066 Mhz instead of the original 1333 Mhz, would it make any problems with windows? I will also upgrade windows 7 with 64-bit version.

Nope it shouldn't be an issue. When you install a slower memory the faster will downclock to the slower one, so they will run as they should.

Just make sure to be from the same manufacturer if the motherboard is dual channel
