Level 5 LTE stands for Long Term Evolution -- a standard for wireless high speed data communication. It is also commonly referred to as 4G, although it doesn't satisfy the requirements for 4G standards.

The LTE specification provides down-link peak rates of 300 Mbit/s, uplink peak rates of 75 Mbit/s and QoS provisions permitting round-trip times of less than 10 ms.

Level 5 Besides fast transfer rates...it also gives you substantial battery drain. Travel with a charger or spare batteries.

Level 3 Pretty much it gives you the fastest possible mobile internet, if your provider has a LTE network of course.
