I've had my Incredible since day 1. I absolutely love it.
It's very fast, actually seems faster than my friends EVO in general use.
No problems with call reception. I actually live in a slight dead zone with only one to two bars of signal (-97 dB) and it has never dropped a call.
The market could be a little more user friendly. It can be hard to find useful apps. That's more Google than the phone though.
I love the AMOLED screen. Very vibrant and good color quality. Some trouble with outdoor use though, really washes out in bright Sun light.
I have very large hands, my wedding ring is a size 16, and i have no trouble using the on-screen keyboard.
Battery life can be a problem, but not as bad as some say. Maybe I don't power use the phone like they do, but after a day of average use, i.e. a few calls and internet browsing along with an hour or so of Laputa book reader, i still have about 60% of battery life. I also try to keep around 150MB of RAM free at all times. Maybe that helps too. I also use Advanced Task Killer.
I have had this phone for approximately 3 weeks. My wife has the Moto Droid, and I have to honestly say this phone is the better of the two. I have had few problems with poor call quality. The seemingly endless variety of free apps is amazing..
The 8MP camera takes great photos and videos too!
I have been able to extend my battery life by closing or killing unused apps when not in use.
The Droid Incredible is a great phone, but it has some issues such as short battery life, poor call quality and signal. It has a great camera and is super fast. I have had to return 2 and due to the delay in shipping I was forced to get a different phone. I hope all the issues with this phone get fixed and it will be a truly awesome phone.
Being an Android freak, I had to immediately upgrade from the Moto Droid to the HTC Droid Incredible the moment it came out. I'm very happy with it, although I can't really say which of the two phones I prefer. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that it doesn't automatically sync with Picasa, but I downloaded the Gallery app, and now I am perfectly satisfied.
