Ownership period: less than 1 year.

the zoom is incredible, great close ups, advanced shooting moodes, etc all make this camera exelent. It is also very easy to use and transfer/download pictures. this is perfect high entry level camera for someone who has never had a digital camera because kodak makes it so easy!

Nice Camera

Ownership period: more than 1 year.

I've had this camera for a couple of years now and I have to say that it's a solid camera. The picture quality is consistent and the selectable scenes make picture taking much easier. The 12x optical zoom lens is great for getting into the action when taking pics and I find it more than adequate for my needs since I'm not a pro photographer or anything. I have had bad luck finding rechargable batteries for this camera, however, and the disposable batteries can be expensive. The camera will run on standard AAs, but they don't last long at all.
