What do you guys use to sync your contacts and important cell phone info?

What do you use to sync and store your contacts and important cell phone info? A friend of mine lost his phone with all contacts and asked what's the best way to keep everything backed up in case something like that happens again?

My phone syncs with google calendar, google contacts and picasa so my information is kept safe :)

Verizon Customers on Dumb Phones have the option of Verizon's Backup Assistant.
All you need is to have a My Verizon Account (Free)
And Download the Backup Assistant app (should also be Free)
And Sync. As long as you are not a butt eraser, you will fine
