Android cell phone - gift for girlfriend

Hi, I'm looking to treat my girlfriend with an android phone for her birthday, but I'm kinda stuck with the choice. Can you recommend a cell phone that's not too big and at the same time good enough for social networks, some games and browsing? Possibly with girly colors and stuff?

Most girls look at the phone's design more than the spec sheet, so as Jason said, your best option is to take her to the store.
