Level 3 i personally say go for htc one v it is best phone v get wat u want actually,
if u r not interested in android then go for nokia n8 it is the ultimate camera phone other than its mother nokia purview 808.
but if go for the configuration and thinks n8 is old phone u hve to go fr htc one v it is really best in that class
