How to pass the BIOS password?

If a PC BIOS has a password (which I don't know of course), is there any way I can pass it?

Level 5 If you have an access to the motherboard you can try the following methods:

1. Resetting/Clearing the CMOS via jumper/dipswitch
2. Removing the battery (on desktop motherboards) which will clear all the settings including password

Level 6 It appears that there are two bios passwords; one that the user can set and one for the bios maker. Check this article, it may work for you.
